This article describes functioning of the AIO Tests Project Overview gadget. This is a powerful gadget which allows you to view key testing metrics across multiple projects. It can be very good gadget to add for QA managers managing multiple projects and for executive reporting.

 

Gadget Input Screen

Once the project overview gadget is added, below screen is displayed. This gadget allows for selection of multiple projects in the input as shown.

The refresh interval defines how frequently should the dashboard be refreshed. Users can manually refresh the dashboard too by selecting the ‘Refresh’ option from the ellipsis (top right of the gadget).

 

Gadget Output

When multiple projects are specified, users see a tabular output, allowing them to view key project metrics across multiple projects. This segment is from the top section of the Project Metrics report. For details on what the numbers represent, please review the project overview section of the Project Metrics report.
