Report Preferences
Users can customize the Defect Pie graphs shown in the Single and Multi Cycle Execution Summary reports via Report Preferences.
Users can choose the Jira field on which the Primary and Secondary Defect Pies need to be generated. Note that, any single select custom field (Select List - single choice OR Dropdown) created in Jira will be available in the options.
By default, Status and Priority are selected for the Primary and Secondary defect graphs.
If instead of Status or Priority, some other Jira field would make more sense for the project, then that Jira Field can be selected. For ex: If your project uses a custom field Severity, instead of Priority, then you can change value of primary field.
Once the changes are Saved, the Defect Summary section in the Execution Summary and Multi-cycle Execution Summary will start showing the Defect Pies as per the field selected here. Note that, users can also choose to turn off the generation of the graphs by selecting None in the dropdown.
