Support Team

AIO Tests allows you to submit technical support requests with the click of a button. You can not only submit the request for support regarding the recently Artificial Intelligence feature but also report a bug, request technical support, or suggest a new feature for improvement on the test management tool. 

In this documentation, you’ll understand:

Steps to Contact the Support Team 

Step 1: To contact the support team, simply click on the Question icon at the top right corner and select the Contact Support option from the drop-down.

Step 2: On the support page, there are four options: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Beta Feedback, Technical Support, Reporting a Bug and Suggesting a new feature or Improvement. Select the desired option. 

Step 3: On the customer support form, enter the following details: 

  1. Email Confirmation to: Enter your email address.

  2. Summary: Enter the issue that you are facing.

  • The email and summary are mandatory and must be filled. The description is optional.

  • Some sections are unique to specific forms, such as the AIO Tests-Hosting type in Report a Bug and Technical Support. Users can select from the cloud, on-premises (Server), or on-premises (Data Center). 

  • There is an Attachment option in Technical support, Report a Bug and Suggest a new idea for improvement. Users can drag and drop, browse or paste the attachment. 

Step 4: Finally, click on the Send Button. 

Once you click on the Send button, the request will be sent to the customer support team.
