Release Notes
A Data Center approved version of AIO Tests for Jira will be launched shortly. Data Center customers will be required to purchase a Data Center app license upon renewal.
New features, enhancements and minor bug fixes are listed below for each release done so far for AIO Tests.
7th March, 2021 → Cloud: v1.9.5
Enhancements
Background and text colors for text: RTF options for text and background colors have been added
Date based filters for Cases, Sets, Cycles: Created and Updated date have been added as options in filters for Cases, Sets and Cycles. Run Created and Run Updated date filters are available on Cycle Details page
Date based filter for Execution Detail Report: “Executed on” is a new filter that has been added to the list of available filters in the Execution detail report
New Public APIs added: Two new public APIs have been added. One that returns the list of cases and their statuses and two that returns latest run details like status, actual effort, etc. for a particular case in a particular cycle. For details, please refer to our Swagger link

Not Assigned case type was getting added on addition of any case type through Project settings - fixed
Already formatting options for RTF are not highlighted while editing a comment - fixed

New Features
Saved Reports - Users can now save reports so that they can reuse them later
Change project from within app - Users can now switch to AIO Tests on other projects from within AIO Tests app itself by using the project icon on top right
Next and Previous from Cases details page - The next and previous arrow buttons have been added to the Case details page. Users can now go to the next or the previous case from the Case details page itself instead of going back to the Cases listing page
Enhancements
Description field for Cases - The Cases now have a new field - “Description”. The field is available while creating, editing, bulk editing, importing and exporting cases.
Ability to go back while Creating Cases - While creating cases, users can navigate back to the Case Details screen from the Add Steps screen and vice versa
Filter cases by linked Jira stories - A new filter has been added for Cases - “Jira Requirement”. Users now have the ability to find which cases are linked to which stories and if there are cases with no requirements linked to them
Right click and open in new tab - In addition to the hover over icon to open a new tab, AIO Tests has also enabled open in new tab by using the widely used - right click and open in new tab option
Sort from column header - Users can now sort on any of the column by just clicking on the title/header of that column
Sticky pagination - While navigating between details page and listing, the page number is now sticky. So if the user was on page #2 of Cases listing and goes to case details or edits a case and navigates back to Cases listing, the user will still be on page 2 of cases listing
Minor Bug Fixes
Copy Steps modal now shows results properly if previous filters are still applied
'No Steps' text shown instead of blank page for cases with no steps yet added

New Features
Execute a single case from Jira issue - AIO Tests has added the ability to execute a case attached to a Jira issue from AIO Tests panel itself. The option is included in the ellipsis of each linked case as ‘Quick Execute’
See Executions of cases from Jira issue - Users can see the status of the last 3 runs for the last 5 cycles in which the case has been executed/added through the ‘Executions’ option available in the ellipsis of each linked case
Export/Import Cycle Run data to Excel - Users can now execute cases offline using Excel. On Cycle details page, users have an option to export the existing status in an Excel, update the excel offline with execution results and then import the updated excel back. New runs can be created for the updates coming from excel
Enhancements
Estimated effort field added for importing new cases - Users can now specify estimated effort in minutes while importing cases in AIO Tests
Linked Cases now have right hand panel - Artifacts can now be attached at the linked case level in the right hand side panel (RHSP) in Cycle Details page (earlier artifacts could only be attached at the steps of linked cases)
Minor Bug Fixes
User prompted with an error message if no cases found while exporting steps
Folders icon (burger icon) made more clickable if AIO Tests is opened from within a project
Misaligned icons while linking cases on Steps page is now fixed

Hide Fields - Through Project settings, now users can customize which case fields they would like to hide for cases. Once hidden, the fields don't appear on Create Case window, Case details page and any of the case filters throughout the application

Copy Run Results - While adding a run for newly created cases, users now have the option to copy previous run’s statuses, comments, defects and attachments

AIO Tests Jira Panel
The quick create will show the new row at the bottom so that the user doesn’t have to scroll
The owner column has moved to the last.
The panel will now be enabled on all issues of a project (needs to be enabled on project first) once it’s enabled on any one issue of the project
Case Type Filter - Case Type has been added as a filter in Cases listing, Add Cases screen and in Execution Detail report
Hide Already Added Cases option - The “Add Existing Cases” screen from Cycle Detail and Set Detail page (Manage Cases → Add Existing Cases) now has an option to hide the cases already added in the set/cycle. This allows user to shorten the list further and easily see the cases that have not yet been added
